1 can of Tuna (preferably in oil)
1 jar of crushed tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 onion (diced)
Start by bringing a large pot of water to a boil. Salt the water. In a separate pan, add olive oil (to coat the pan), onion, garlic and chilli flakes. Cook until onions are softened and translucent.
Add the tuna to the pan. Let this cook for a minute or so.
Add in the crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper. Olives or capers would also be a great addition to this dish (I didn't have these on hand).
Let this sauce cook for 10 minutes, so all the flavours come together. Drain the noodles and add them to the pan. Toss the sauce with noodles.
